Central Basin is actively pursuing grant funding to develop capital improvements along its Recycled Water Program.
Currently, the District delivers 1.6 billion gallons of recycled water to over 300 sites. Sites use recycled water for non-drinking purposes, such as irrigation, industrial processes and construction activities.

Central Basin in conjunction with Sentinel Peak Resources California LLC, Toll Brothers and the City of Montebello are working on a project to deliver recycled water to the Montebello Hills Specific Plan Development and City of Montebello medians along Montebello Boulevard.
