Central Basin Municipal Water District has developed the Administrative Code "Code" for the purpose of implementing policies and procedures for the administration of the District. This Code consists of resolutions and ordinances of the Central Basin Municipal Water District, codified pursuant to the Municipal Water District Law of 1911, particularly Water Code Section 71281, and Article 2 of the Chapter 1, Part 1 of Division 1 of Title 5 of the Government Code. From time to time changes or additions may be required to this Code to address changes in District procedures, state and federal legislation, and/or new activities of the District. Such changes or additions shall be approved, adopted, and resolved only by the Board of Directors, at a duly constituted meeting.
