• High-efficiency clothes washer requires a water factor of 4.0 or lower. Water factor represents the amount of water needed to clean a standard load of laundry.


• All upgrades require replacing a toilet with 3.0 gallons per flush or greater for a high-efficiency toilet with a maximum 1.28 gallons per flush.
