LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CENTRAL BASIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Directors of the Central Basin Municipal Water District will conduct a Public Hearing on November 28, 2006 at the hour of 1:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Board room of the District located at 17140 S. Avalon Boulevard, Carson, California to consider the adoption of Appendix "H" as an amendment to the 2005 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP). Appendix "H" will provide additional water supply related information for the UWMP that the California Department of Water Resources needs to declare Central Basin's UWMP as "complete."

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE interested parties are invited to attend the hearing to present written or oral comments.
