Adopt a Resolution By adopting a resolution, your city will join the larger effort of Central Basin's 24-city service area - an area that includes more than 2 million people in Southeast Los Angeles County - in promoting long-term water conservation.
The Central Basin Board of Directors thanks all of its Cities participating in this important regional program. In appreciation, the Board presents all cities with a Certification of Recognition.
Gardening With Blue Bringing a Gardening with Blue workshop to your community is the all-important next step in your Shut Your Tap! partnership. Central Basin offers its free, water-smart gardening workshop in both English and Spanish, including everything a do-it-yourself landscaper needs to know about starting their water-smart gardening project.
