About the High-Efficiency Living Program for Landscapes

In partnership with the Metropolitan Water District, this program was developed to offer irrigation systems for residences throughout the District's service area for landscapes that currently do not have irrigation systems installed. Qualified residents will receive irrigation kits, landscape training and participate in outdoor water use studies. In addition to water runoff reduction, each participating home will be save between 25,000 to 100,000 gallons of water per year. The program is scheduled to conclude in Summer 2011.
