Shut Your Tap! Care Program

Central Basin's "Shut Your Tap! Care Program" is a complete bathroom retrofit program, which will provide 400 FREE High-Efficiency Toilet retrofits in disadvantaged homes.

We give you the toilet - and we send the plumber too!

The program will run from July 1, 2011 through December 1, 2011. To apply, you must be of a low-income or disadvantaged status (call for additional information), and pay your water bill to one of the following:

High-Efficiency Toilet - installed

Water conserving showerhead

Faucet aerator for the sink

Energy Star light bulb
