7. YEAR-TO-DATE WATER SALES - BUDGET TO ACTUALS  8. DIRECTOR EXPENSES OVER 90 DAYS OLD  ACTION CALENDAR 9. OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF THE CENTURY RECYCLED WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM  ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to enter into an agreement with Park Water Company to operate the Century Recycled Water Distribution System for a no-to-exceed amount of $366,300 ($333,000 estimated amount, plus 10% for contingencies) for fiscal year 2007-08. 10. HYDROGEOLOGICAL STUDY FOR THE WATER QUALITY PROTECTION PLAN (WQPP) (NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DISTRIBUTION/TO FOLLOW UNDER SEPARATE COVER) 11. WATER WANDERINGS: A JOURNEY THROUGH CALIFORNIA'S WATER - LOS ANGELES CONSERVATION CORPS (S.E.A. LAB)  ACTION: The Board authorizes the General Manager to enter into an agreement with the Los Angeles Conservation Corps for environmental education services for a total not-to-exceed amount of $30,000. 12. THINK EARTH IT'S MAGIC - CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, SAN BERNARDINO COLLEGE OF EDUCATION'S ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION RESOURCE CENTER ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to enter into an agreement with California State University, San Bernardino College of Education's Environmental Education Resource Center for environmental education services for a total not-to-exceed amount of $35,000. 13. LEGISLATIVE UPDATE ACTION: That the Board takes a "Support" position on AB 1481. 14. PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 2007-08 WATER RATES AND CHARGE AND RESOLUTION NO. 05-07-731, "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CENTRAL BASIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT RELATING THE WATER RATES AND CHARGES AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 06-06-719". ACTION: That the Board approves, adopts and authorizes the President to sign Resolution No. 05-07-731, "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CENTRAL BASIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT RELATING THE WATER RATES AND CHARGES AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 06-06-719," included as Exhibit "A", which reflects the rates and charges for FY 2007-08 on the attached Exhibit "B". 15.
