POINT-OF-SERVICE WEATHER BASED IRRIGATION CONTROLLER REBATES ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to extend the current contracts for an additional one-year: 1. Aqua-Flo Supply, Agreement No. C2074; and 2. Horizon Distributors, Inc., Agreement No. C2075.
9. THINK EARTH! IT'S MAGIC - PAUL CASH, ECO-MAGICIAN ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to enter into an agreement with Paul Cash to perform eco-magic shows at elementary schools throughout the District's service area for an amount not-to-exceed $35,000. 10. WATER SQUAD INVESTIGATIONS - PACIFIC COACHWAYS CHARTER SERVICES, INC. ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to enter into a two-year agreement with Pacific Coachways Charter Services, Inc. to provide charter bus services for the Water Squad Investigations program for an amount not-to-exceed $44,000. 11. DISPOSITION OF DISTRICT EQUIPMENT ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to arrange for the sale and/or donation of excess District equipment. 12. ELEVATOR REHABILITATION ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to enter into a contract with Amtech Elevator Services for the elevator rehabilitation project for an amount not-to-exceed $59,300. This amount includes the proposal amount, optional tank replacement costs and 10% contingency. 13. BOARD MEETING DATE AND TIME CHANGE OPTIONS ACTION: That the Board: 1. Selects one of the following options: - Option 1: Change the date and time of the Board meeting to the fourth Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m.;
- Option 2: Change the date and time of the Board meeting to the fourth Monday of each month at 11:00 a.m.;
- Option 3: Leave the Board meeting on the fourth Tuesday of each month, but change the time to 10:00 a.m.; or
- Option 4: Leave the Board meeting on the fourth Tuesday of each month, but change the time to 11:00 a.m.
