WATERLOGGED – ROUNDHOUSE MARINE STUDIES LAB AND AQUARIUM ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to enter into an agreement with the Roundhouse Marine Studies Lab and Aquarium for environmental education services for a not-to-exceed amount of $18,000. 11. METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT'S REGION-WIDE RESIDENTIAL REBATE PROGRAM ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to sign the First Amendment to the Water Conservation Funding Agreement No. 70029 entering into the Region-wide Residential Conservation Program. 12. HIGH-EFFICIENCY TOILET MICRO-DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to amend the current Contract, No. C1510, with Oldtimers Foundation for an additional amount of $47,600 for HET distribution. 13. CALIFORNIA SPECIAL DISTRICTS ASSOCIATION (CSDA) BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION 2008 ACTION: That the Board considers voting for Alan G.
