ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to amend the existing Professional Services Agreement for:

1. The High-Efficiency Toilet Rebate Program Administration Services for an additional $82,500 and extend the term for additional 18 months; and

2. The High-Efficiency Clothes Washer Rebate Program Adminstration Services for an additional $62,500 and extend the term for additional 18 months.
