		<description>There seems to always be an argument like this when it comes to political use of natural resources and the public good. It&#039;s difficult to say who is on the &quot;right&quot; side of the discussion. Replenishment always sounds like a good idea, in that it helps the supply side of the economic equation and therefore makes water cheaper. But then if it&#039;s cheaper, people tend to waste it more.

Hopefully, the right decision will be made for all Californians. We need our water.</description>

		<description>I would hope that MWD would store any surplus water...California is a desert after all and heavily populated too.  Doesn&#039;t sound like they are in touch with reality though and future planning.</description>
