ACTION CALENDAR

10. EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT C2039 WITH SAN GABRIEL BASIN WATER QUALITY AUTHORITY

ACTION:  That the Board authorizes the General Manager to execute an agreement extension for an additional three years with the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority to continue to receive federal funding for the Southeast Water Reliability Project.

11. OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH WHITTIER UTILITY AUTHORITY FOR WATER QUALITY PROTECTION PROGRAM

ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to execute an agreement with the Whittier Utility Authority to operate and maintain the Water Quality Protection Program beginning January 1, 2009 through December31, 2009.

12. CENTRAL BASIN WEBSITE HOSTING AND MAINTENANCE

ACTION: That the Board authorizes the General Manager to enter into a month-to-month agreement with Digital Synergy for website hosting and maintenance for a maximum of four months, for an amount not-to-exceed $5,000 a month.

13. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE AND CODE OF CONDUCT

ACTION: That the Board approves, adopts and authorizes the President to sign Resolution No. 12-08-755, "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF CENTRAL BASIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 4-98-591 AND ADOPTING THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE PARTS 1, 2 AND 3."

14. GENERAL MANAGER'S SALARY COMPENSATION

ACTION: That the Board approve the recommended increase of approximately 12.8% to the General Manager's salary (last set on July 1, 2006) based on his performance.
